Educator Resources

Educators play a critical role in employment systems change for students with disabilities. In order to provide meaningful services, educators must have access to the right tools to provide quality transition and work-based learning experiences throughout a student’s educational experience. It is important for educators to hold high expectations for their students by encouraging them to explore different post-secondary education and career opportunities.

This section of the YES! Center website is for educators and school administrators seeking information on ways to support students with disabilities during their transition from school to work. The hope is that most of the main topics are covered on this page, but if something is missing or if you have a specific question, please feel free to contact us directly.
